All Designs are original concepts and are NOT Duplicated. Rights of all Project Files are maintained until it becomes inconvenient to keep the source of the Design. If needs be, an additional fee will be charged to offer usage rights of working files.

 

 

PAYMENT & PRICING
All Pricing is subject to change at any time and becomes effective upon posting to gfxmuma.com

Payments for Graphic Services are currently made via (Please see) Graphic Service Payments. All Drafts are watermarked and payment is made before or after completion of Project/s. Once the final payment is made, the project/s will be sent to client's email address.

REFUND + CANCELLATION
GFX MUMA does not provide refunds for any services unless agreed upon.

 

 

DRAFTS
Drafts are watermarked and should NOT be copied, manipulated, or distributed to any other person or company. All drafts are property of GFX MUMA. 

 

 

MODIFY
To Modify Artwork or Video a fee may or may not be Charged depending on the Change requested.

 

 

LOSS OF FILES
Clients are responsible for storing their important Digital Content after completion. Loss of files will result in additional Charges for recreating Artwork. Which also includes Logo Designs where the rights belong to the client. Files are as follows: JPG (Image of Logo), PNG (Image of Logo without Background; Transparent), PSD (Source File) and or PDF Files.
